| Lipopolysaccharide-inducible CC chemokine receptor (LCCR) is a 7TM chemokine receptor-like protein that is expressed on macrophages, glial cells, and mast cells at inflammatory sites. LCCR functions as a receptor for Chemerin, CCL2, 5, 7, and 8. Mouse LCCR shares 49%, 70% aa sequence identity with human and rat LCCR, respectively. | | | Catalog # | C2099-81C | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells | | Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
