| The human CCR8 chemokine receptor is a member of the rhodopsin superfamily of G protein-coupled receptors that span the cell membrane with seven hydrophobic transmembrane domains. CCR8, also known as TER1, ChemR1, and CKR-L1, is the receptor for the chemokine CCL1 (I-309). Three virally encoded ligands, vMIP-I, vMIP-II and vMCC-I, can also interact with the CCR8 receptor.3 CCR8 expression has been reported on peripheral blood monocytes, thymocytes and on Th2 polarized T cells. | | | Catalog # | C2100-02C | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Hybridoma | Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with BaF/3 cells transfected with human CCR8. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing PerCP conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Monoclonal | | Isotype | IgG2B | | Clone No | 10K39 | | Host | Rat | | Source | Human | | Concentration | 100 Tests/ml | | Form | Supplied as a liquid in 1ml saline, 0.5% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide.
