| CCR11 is a G protein-coupled, seven-transmembrane receptor protein that plays a role in the chemotaxis and trafficking of leukocytes. Showing similar binding affinities as does CCR2 and CCR10 (1,2), CCR11 has been shown to specifically bind the MCP- (monocyte chemoattractant protein) family of chemokines, including MCP-4, MCP-2, and MCP-1. It was also shown to bind eotaxin (3).
