| Chemokine (C-C motif) receptor-like 1 (CCRL1) also known as CC-CKR-11, is a G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) for C-C type cytokines. As such it is a seven transmembrane receptor that binds chemokines. As the CCR denotes, the ligand binds adjacent to the first 2 cysteines. It is known to be predominantly expressed in the heart with other areas of expression including lung, pancreas, colon, and small intestine. CCRL1 is known to bind the dendritic and T-cell chemokines that include CCL12, CCL21, and CCL25. | | | Catalog # | C2100-20D | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Western Blot: 1:5,000-1:10,000 | | Immunocytochemistry: 1:100 | | Immunoprecipitation: 1:40 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Positive Control | K562 whole cell lysate. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
