Porcine CD1 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell surface receptors. It has a domain organization similar to that of MHC class I molecules and is expressed in association with Beta2-microglobulin. CD1 is found on B cells, macrophages and immature thymocytes. There is evidence for a role of CD1 in presentation of lipids and peptides to T cells.1-3

Applications	Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other aapplications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: 0.2ug/10e6 cells
	Immunohistochemistry: Acetone fixed, frozen sections.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
