The human CD10 cell surface antigen is a 100kD glycoprotein also known as CALLA (common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia antigen). CD10 is expressed on a variety of cell types, including immature and germinal centre B cells, lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and also on the brush border of kidney epithelial cells.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionsImmunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:80. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment with sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 prior to staining paraffin sections.
Western Blot: 1:50-1:100
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
