| CD10 (CALLA, Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen, Neprilysin, NEP, Neutral Endopeptidase 24.11, EC3.4.24.11) is a single chain 100kD glycoprotein, also known as Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA), is a cell surface enzyme with neutral metalloendopeptidase activity which inactivates a variety of biologically active peptides. CD10 is expressed on the cells of lymphoblastic, Burkitt’s, and follicular germinal center lymphomas, and on cells from patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML). It is also expressed on the surface of normal early lymphoid progenitor cells, immature B cells within adult bone marrow and germinal center B cells within lymphoid tissue. CD10 is also present on breast myoepithelial cells, bile canaliculi, fibroblasts, with especially high expression on the brush border of kidney and gut epithelial cells. | | | Catalog # | C2261-41N | | Antigen distribution | Granulocytes > 95% cALL > 95% Peripheral blood lymphocytes < 1% T cells (lg+) < 1% B cells (lg-) < 1% Monocytes < 1% Thymocytes < 1% NK cells (CD16+) < 1% | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometric analysis using 100ul peripheral blood cells or 20ul/10e6 cells. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Monoclonal | | Isotype | IgG1 | | Clone No | 5F12 | | Host | Mouse | | Source | Human | | Concentration | As reported | | Form | Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide.
