CD10 cell surface antigen is a 100kD glycoprotein expressed by acute lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and by peripheral blood granulocytes. CD10 is also known as the Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia Antigen (CALLA).

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow cytometry: Neat. Use 20ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
