| CD11b is also known as CD11b/CD18, Mac-1, alphaMbeta2 integrin, Cr3, MO-1, C3bi Receptor). CD11b is a marcophage-granulocyte specific antigen. Mac-1 macrophage differentiation antigen is associated with type three complement receptor and mediates adhesion to CD54 (ICAM-1). CD11b antigen is present on macrophages, granulocytes, natural killer cells, blood monocytes. CD11b is expressed on 8% spleen cells, 44% bone marrow cells and <1% of thymocytes. | | | Catalog # | C2262-34H | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Flow Cytometry.
