| The CD11b/CD18 antigen belongs to the beta2 intergrin family. Other names include Mac-1, Cr3, MO-1 and C3bi receptor. The CD11b molecule functions as a receptor for C3bi complement, clotting factor X, brinogen and ICAM-1. The CD11b antigen is expressed on approximately 30% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes, most natural killer lymphocytes, circulating monocytes, granulocytes, a subset of T-cells and subsets of macrophages (1,2). | | | Catalog # | C2262-45 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and in Cell adhesion research. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 1ug to stain 1x10e6 cells. | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | | | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
