| CD11b antigen is expressed on approximately 30% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes, most natural killer lymphocytes, circulating monocytes, granulocytes, a subset of T-cells and subsets of macrophages. CD11b/CD18 antigen belongs to the beta-2 integrin family. Other names include Mac-1, Cr3, MO-1 and C3bi receptor.
