Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified FC
The antigen is the complement receptor type 4 (CR4). CD11c is an Alpha/Beta heterodimeric glycoprotein, which belongs to the Beta2 integrin family. It is also known as gp 150/95. The CD11c antigen is present on monocytes and in lower density on granulocytes and NK cells. The antigen is strongly expressed in hairy cell leukemia and in some acute myeloid leukemias. Anti-Human CD11c may be used to stain monocytes, macrophages and hairy cell leukemia cells.
