CD15 is found on most circulating granulocytes and some monocytes, but is absent from normal lymphocytes. It has been reported to be present on Reed- Sternberg cells of Hodgkin’s disease, T cell lymphomas and some leukaemias. This antibody will help detect CD15 expression on normal and neoplastic cells.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
