| Flow Cytometry Protocol | 1. 5x10e5 cultured HPB-MLT cells were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2272-56B at 5ug/ml. |
| 2. Cells were washed twice and incubated with S7973-88P, Streptavidin/R-Phycoerythrin, after which they were washed three times fixed and analyzed using a FACS. |
| 3. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 2.0 log10 fluorescent units when compared to I1904-78R2 IgG1/biotin Murine Negative Control at a similar concentration. |
| 4. Binding was 95% blocked when cells when preincubated 10 minutes with 20ul of 0.5mg/ml C2272-56A; CD21. |
| Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
