| Human CD21 is a receptor for complement fragments C3d, C3dg or ic3D and also EBV. CD21 is also a ligand for CD23 and plays a role in IgE synthesis. | | | Catalog # | C2272-56B | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Cells were then incubated for 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2272-56B at 5ug/ml. | | 3. Cells were washed twice and incubated with S7973-88P, Streptavidin(PE), after which they were washed three times fixed and analyzed using a FACS. | | 4. A 10.7% sub population of cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.42 log10 fluorescent units when compared to I1904-78R2 IgG1(Biotin) Murine Negative Control at a similar concentration. | | 5. Binding was blocked when cells when preincubated 10 minutes with 20ul of 0.5mg/ml C2272-56A; CD21. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
