| Flow Cytometry Protocol | 1. 5x10e5 cultured HPB-MLT cells were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2272-56C at a 1:50 dilution factor (10ug/ml). |
| 2. Cells were washed three times fixed and analyzed using a FACS. |
| 3. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 0.7 log10 fluorescent units when compared to I1904-78R3 IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) at a similar concentration. |
| 4. Binding was 99% blocked when cells were preincubated 10 minutes with 20ul of 0.5mg/ml C2272-56A CD21. |
| Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. |
