| CD22 is a type I integral membrane protein and a member of the sialoadhesin family of cell surface receptors. While it is expressed in the cytoplasm as early as the pro-B cell stage, it appears on the cell surface only upon the expression of membrane-bound IgD. It is found on only the most mature B cells and is rapidly lost with terminal differentiation. CD22 functions in B cell differentiation and homotypic adhesion.1-5 | | | Catalog # | C2272-94G | | Applications | • Flow cytometry | | • Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections) | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 5ul/10e6 cells | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C before opening.
