The CD22 antigen is only expressed on the cell surface of mature B-lymphocytes. The CD22 antigen is expressed on > 90% of peripheral blood B-cells. CD22 is expressed on most peripheral B-cell lymphomas and leukemias including hairy cell leukemia, but not on the immature bone marrow type of leukemia. This antigen is not present on T-cell, monocytes or macrophages.

Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA (indirect and sandwich): 0.5-2.0ug/ml
	Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detection limit for recombinant hCD22 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
