Specifications Clone Host Grade Applications Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified B IH CD22 is a single-pass type 1 membrane glycoprotein found in the cytoplasm and cell membrane of B-lymphocytes. CD22 has at least two isoforms (alpha and beta) produced by alternate splicing. The protein exists predominantly as a monomer of the beta isoform (95kD). It is also found as a heterodimer of the beta and alpha isoforms. Catalog # C2273-17 Applications Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions Western Blot: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed and paraffin): 0.5-1.0 ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
