| CD34 is a 110-120kD heavily O-glycosylated type I transmembrane glycoprotein. It is expressed on a small subpopulation (2-4%) of bone marrow cells including hematopoietic stem cells, small vessel endothelial cells and tumors of epithelial origin, and a subset of fibroblasts. It is believed that hematopoietc CD34 plays a role in modulating adhesion and as well as signal tranduction through its phosphorylation by activated protein kinase C. | | | Catalog # | C2386-28A | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry.
