CD45 is a complex molecule existing in a number of isoforms. Antibodies recognizing a common epitope on all of these isoforms are termed CD45 while those recognizing only individual isoforms are termed CD45RA or CD45RO etc.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunopreciptiation. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended DilutionsFlow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. 1mM EDTA pH 8.0 is recommended for this purpose.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
