| CD49d (VLA-4) inhibits adhesion of rat lymphocytes to cytokine-activated endothelial cells. It blocks binding of rat lymphocytes to purified VCAM-1 and to the CS-1 peptide of fibronectin. VLA-4 is a leukocyte integrin which plays an important role in lymphocyte adhesion and activation. | | | Catalog # | C2404-55 | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Hybridoma | Hybridization of P3U1 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
