Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Rat Affinity Purified FC
Macrosialin is a heavily glycosylated transmembrane protein of 87-115kD, which is specifically expressed by tissue macrophages, Langerhans cells and at low levels by dendritic cells. Macrosialin is the murine homologue of the human macrophage glycoprotein CD68, both are members of the lysosomal-associated membrane protein (lamp) family which are located predominantly within the cells and can be detected by flow cytometry using cell permeablisation.
Catalog #C2423-05P9
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionFlow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization if required.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
