Human CD100 is a cell surface antigen. It is a150kD homodimeric glycoprotein expressed at low levels by peripheral blood T cells and at higher density on activated T cells and B cells.

Applications	Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.

Hybridoma	Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
