Human CD100 is a cell surface antigen. It is a150kD homodimeric glycoprotein expressed at low levels by peripheral blood T cells and at higher density on activated T cells and B cells.

Applications	Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: Neat Use10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.

Hybridoma	NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
