CD101 is a 140kD homodimeric cell surface glycoprotein expressed primarily by monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and activated T lymphocytes. Studies suggest that CD101 plays a major role in the activation of T cells by skin dendritic cells.

Applications	Flow Cytometry:
	Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Recommended Negative Controls	Mouse IgG1 Negative Control: FITC
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
