| CD103 is the integrin alphaE subunit which usually forms a heterodimer with the integrin beta7 subunit. It is expressed on intraepithelial lymphocytes and 1-2% of peripheral blood lymphocytes. CD103 binds E-cadherin on epithelial cells. This interaction may be of importance in the homing and retention of CD103+ lymphocytes in the intestinal epithelium.1-4 | | | Catalog # | C2445-63E | | Applications | • Flow cytometry | | • Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections) | | • Immunoprecipitation | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
