Human beta4 integrin is also known as CD104. It is a 205kD glycoprotein. which associates with the alpha6/beta4 complex. CD104 is expressed on epithelial cells, Schwann cells and various tumor cell lines.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionsFlow Cytometry: 1:25-1:100. Use 10ul of the optimal working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:500-1:1000
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

HybridomaSpleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse Sp2/0 myeloma cell line.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
