CD105 (Endoglin) is a 180kD type I integral membrane homodimer glycoprotein expressed on vascular endothelial cells (small and large vessels), activated monocytes and tissue macrophages, stromal cells of certain tissues including bone marrow, pre-B lymphocytes in fetal marrow and erythroid precursors in fetal and adult bone marrow. It is also present on syncytiotrophoblast on placenta throughout pregnancy.

Applications	Suitable for use in Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Western Blot: Non-reducing

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
