CD105 is also known as endoglin. It is a glycoprotein homodimer of 95kD subunits. CD105 is a cell surface antigen. It is expressed by endothelial cells, activated monocytes and some leukemia cells.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionsFlow Cytometry: 1:25. Use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul.
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. Not suitable for use on paraffin sections.
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
