CD105 is also known as endoglin. It is a glycoprotein homodimer of 95kD subunits. CD105 is a cell surface antigen. It is expressed by endothelial cells, activated monocytes and some leukemia cells.

Recommended DilutionsFlow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul of the optimal working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add glycerol (40-50%) and aliquot. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
