| VCAM-1 is a cell surface sialoglycoprotein expressed by cytokine activated endothelium. The protein has a number of functions including the regulation of leukocyte migration, leukocyteendothelial cell adhesion and signal transduction and may play a role in a number of inflammatory diseases. Recombinant Human VCAM1 also called CD-106 is expressed in E. coli containing 674 (aa25-698) fused to an amino terminal hexahistidine tag. | | | Catalog # | C2446-70R | | Applications | Suitable to be used directly as a positive control in Western Blot, ELISA and immunoprecipitation.
