| VCAM-1, which is present on activated endothelial cells. VCAM-1 is an adhesion molecule, which binds to the integrin alpha4/beta1 (VLA-4) and to the integrin alpha4/beta7 on lymphocytes. This antibody has been shown to inhibit T lymphocyte adhesion to TNF stimulated endothelial cells.
