ImmunogenSynthetic peptide mapping to a region between between residues 730 and the C-terminus (residue 780) of human Cell Division Cycle 2-like 2 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry Q9UQ88 (GeneID 985). The epitope that is recognized by is also found in CDC1L1 (GeneID 984).
SpecificityRecognizes human CDK11. Reactivity with mouse and Xenopus CDC2L1 is likely owing to identity similarity between this ortholog at the site to which the epitope maps.
Important NoteThis product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological.
