Lactosylceramide (LaCer) is present on peripheral blood granulocytes including basophils, monocytes, platelets and a subset of B cells (40-80% CD19+). In tissues, CDw17 is found on tonsillar dendritic cells, epithelial cells, intestinal epithelium and endothelial. CDw17 antigen may play a role in phagocytosis.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionFlow Cytometry: 1ug labels 1x10e6 cells or 100ul peripheral bllod.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
