| CDw49f is expressed on epithelial and endothelial basement membrane. The VLA alpha-6 chain, which consists of a single disulfide linked 120kD subunit and a small doublet subunit of 25/30kD, is non-covalently associated with the VLA beta-chain (CD29) in VLA-6 or alpha 6/beta 1 complex or with integrin beta 4 chain (alpha 6/beta 4). The antigen is also expressed on platelets, monocytes, thymocytes and T lymphocytes. | | | Catalog # | C2585-28 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation.
