CDX2 is an intestine-specific transcription factor expressed early in intestinal development and may function in the regulation of proliferation and differentia- tion of intestinal epithelial cells. CDX2 is found predominantly on the surface of villi and crypts. Differential expression has been reported in some intestinal cancers. This antibody will help detect CDX2 in normal and uncharacterized tissues.

Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
