| CHK1 has an important role at the G2 checkpoint in the cell cycle. CHK1 is activated in response to DNA damage, and serves to phosphorylate Cdc25, which results in cell cycle arrest. | | | Recent studies suggest that CHK1 may also play a role in the S phase checkpoint. | | | Catalog # | C4200-15B | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Western Blot 1:1,000-st1:10,000 | | Immunoprecipitation: 5-20ug/mg lysate | | Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. | | Recommended Secondary Reagents | I1904-28C IgG, H&L (HRP) DKxGt | | I1904-28G IgG, H&L (X-Adsorbed) (HRP) DKxGt | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
