| CLEC14A (C-type lectin domain family 14 member A; also EGFR5) is a 51kD (predicted) member of the C-type lectin domain family of proteins. It is a type I transmembrane protein, apparently expressed in brain and about which little is known. Mature human CLEC14A is 469aa in length. It contains a 376aa extracellular region (aa22-397) and a 72aa cytoplasmic domain. The extracellular region shows one C-type lectin like domain (aa32-175) and an EGF-like region (aa245-287). Over aa2-397, human CLEC14A shares 66% and 81%aa identity with mouse and canine CLEC14A, respectively. | | | Catalog # | C5839-73T | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Absorption | 620-650nm | | Emission | 660-670nm | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
