| The protein encoded by this gene is one of eight proteins (Cog1-8) which form a Golgi-localized complex (COG) required for normal Golgi morphology and function. It is thought that this protein is required for steps in the normal medial and trans Golgi-associated processing of glycoconjugates and plays a role in the organization of the Golgi-localized complex. | | | Catalog # | C7500-60 | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 1:64000 | | Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Positive Control | Human Brain (Cerebellum, Amygdala) lysates | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
