Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified E B IH
Catalog #C7506-10D
Cofilin belongs to the actin-binding protein ADF family and it contains 1 ADF-H domain. Cofilin controls reversible actin polymerization and depolymerization in a pH-sensitive manner. It has the ability to bind G- and F-actin at a 11 ratio. It is the major component of intranuclear and cytoplasmic actin rods. It is involved in the translocation of the actin-cofilin complex from cytoplasm to nucleus. This protein is widely distributed in various tissues.
ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: 0.05-0.2ug/ml
Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml
