Cofilin 2 is a small actin-binding protein that plays a pivotal role in cytokinesis, endocytosis, embryonic development, stress response and tissue regeneration.

Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Western Blot: 0.5-2.0ug/ml detects Cofilin 2 in RIPA lysates from rat L6 cell lysates. Rat L6 lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with C7506-50 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system.
