| CARF (collaborator of ARF) is a component of the ARF-MDM2-p53 pathway. CARF interacts with ARF in the nucleolus accentuating ARF-mediated p53 stabilization and activation. Data also suggests that in the absence of ARF, CARF interacts directly with p53 in the nucleoplasm resulting in a moderate stabilization and activation of p53. | | | Catalog # | C7509-70 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
