Applications	Suitable for use in IFA, RIA and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	Indirect IFA: 1:20 on frozen human and mouse liver, skin and placenta and frozen rat liver, skin, stomach and kidney and 1:80 on frozen bovine liver and skin.
	RIA: 1:300
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
