| Catalog # | C7510-18ZX |
| Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. |
| Recommended Dilution | Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. |
| Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires digestion of tissue sections with pepsin at 1mg/ml Tris-HCl, pH 2.0 for 15 min at RT or 10 min at 37°C. |
| Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. |
| Positive Control | Cartilage in lung or fetus. |
| Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at-20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at-20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
