Applications	Suitable for use in Indirect IFA, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	IFA: 1:80. Human skin and liver. Use fluorescein anti-rabbit IgG congugate.
	Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 Use Immunoperoxidase technique on fixed, paraffin-embedded human skin and liver.
	ELISA: 1:200. Fixed, paraffin-embedded human skin and liver.
	Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
