Immunogen	Human type III collagen puri ed from placental villi by limited pepsin digestion and selective salt precipitation.
Specificity	Reacts with conformational determinants on human type III collagen as demonstrated by ELISA. May react with type III collagen from other species. Exhibits <10% crossreactivity with collagen types I, II, IV, V and VI. The antibody has not been tested for reactivity with other extracellular matrix proteins (e.g. laminin, bronectin).
