Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:2500-1:10,000 using 1ug of Collagen VI in a standard sandwich ELISA,
	peroxidase-conjugated streptavidin, 30 min., RT.
	Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 to 1:200. Frozen tissue sections.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add glycerol (40-50%) and store at -20°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
