Bovine colostrum is a defatted, standardized (guaranteed minimum 30% IgG) concentration of "first milking" colostrum, taken after the newborn calf's first meal. This quick harvest ensures high levels of immune factors and regenerative nucleosides (for cell growth and repair). Many of these immune factors are in the form of Immunoglobulins (IgA, IgD, IgE, IgG, and IgM), Lactoferrin, and IgF-1.
