ImmunogenC3a isolated and purified from pooled normal human plasma
SpecificityRecognizes the C3a subunit of human complement C3. In immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion against human plasma a single precipitin line is obtained and shows a reaction of full identity with the purified immunogen. Does not react with any other protein component of human serum or plasma.
