Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Supernatant IH
Complement component C9 (CCC9) is part of the mem- brane attack complex and binds to the C5b-8 structure that allows a conformational change to occur enabling CCC9 to insert into the cell to form transmembrane channels. In this manner, it acts similarly to perforin. This antibody is particularly useful in identifying regions of recent ischemic myocardial damage in postmortem myocardum.
